Neighborhood Alert!!!!

The 8300 block of Barstow and Scotswood were egged last night (7/20/2010). Keep your eyes open and let's catch the little critters!!!

Annual Block Party Cancelled!!!

Due to the heavy rains, the slow progression of the park, and conflicting schedules of the various participants, the 2010 Annual Block Party has been cancelled. The majority of those who voted, chose to wait until the park can be completed before we hold another event. Thank you for voting!

ALERT!

Kids ringing doorbells and running AGAIN!!! We have found in the past, that these kids are usually from other neighborhoods, but parents, please caution your kids against doing this. The police will be called!

As a community, would you be interested in participating in improving our neighborhood in various ways? We are currently looking for volunteers to head up various committees to help make City View more beautiful! We need volunteers to organize clean-up days, fundraising ideas to help put a weather station at our school, and getting yards cleaned up and more trees planted! I think it would be a wonderful idea to get recycle bins put in a particular spot in City View. As a valued member of this wonderful neighborhood, wouldn't you like to devote a few hours or maybe a Saturday to make City View stand out in Amarillo? It doesn't matter if you rent or own, we all like living in a well-kept neighborhood! Will you do your part? Call or email me to volunteer!
